I had a lot of those NOW CDs, but none of them were specifically bought for me until around NOW 50-something.

I'm probably missing out on some Christmas CDs and stuff, but iirc...



It was announced today that they might be reuniting this Summer btw.

Did I mention my sister's traumatic experience in getting OD tickets? I probably did. She woke me up at seven on a Saturday, ordered me to get out my laptop and order tickets. I ended up waiting around for ages before we found that they were sold out in that section. Naturally she was screaming and crying the whole time. So I went back, ordered the dearer tickets, waited some more, and they were sold out.

Devastation until she discovered a second day had been added. Managed to find some, but when I typed my dad's credit card number in it asked for a Tesco password or something. More crying. Then she eventually got through to him on the phone, got a password but it was the wrong one! Screaming and blaming me for everything, naturally. So after she moaned and moaned and begged I agreed to use my card provided that she'd pay me back right away. But by then the time had run out, do we had to start again. While we were waiting, my sister was gradually breaking down, but my dad had managed to walk into a shop in town and buy tickets there in like five minutes.

So all that trauma was for absolutely NOTHING. I was so annoyed. The thing is, the concert isn't til 2013, so I doubt she'll even be into them by the time it rolls around. And as popular as they are, they've had what? One hit? It was just so stupid.

The sudden burst of popularity is just bizarre in that it's come out of nowhere. When they were on X Factor they would've been getting some of the biggest publicity in the country, but they never actually topped the votes at any point, nor did they ever came second. It was always Matt Cardle, which I suppose is better proof than ever that popularity on XF isn't an accurate reflection of potential for commercial success.

I was trying to think of the first single I ever bought but I’m not 100% sure what it was.

It might have been Stan by Eminem. Although I'm thinking I must have bought stuff earlier than that since that didn't come out until 2000/2001.
