OFFICIAL STATEMENT REGARDING RENE DUPREE

We would like to announce that from today the Southside Heavyweight title is declared vacant. Rene Dupree pulled out of the show on June 23rd and we have been reluctant to announce him for August shows in case it fell through. We have been trying to get Rene back over to defend his belt but in the end we have just not been able to finalise the booking.

So on 19th August a new champion will be crowned. Stixx will be one of men challanging for the belt after he felt he was robbed in his previous title match by Kris Travis. Originally T-Bone would have been using his re-match claus however after after the vicious beat down at Menace II Society II by the House of Pain he is now unable to compete.

One condition that has been made is that after Stixx's actions against T-Bone and over members of the Southside roster this will be his one and only shot at the title - no more second chances.

Stixx's opponent for the Southside Heavyweight title will be announced very soon ..........

Southside look ridiculous right now. It's what they deserve for booking my friend in a segment with a sloppy worker that got him injured, costing him 3 months of his career and making him need to have his shoulder reconstructed once every 10 years.

Pro Wrestling Syndicate’s new women’s wrestling promotion, Bombshell Ladies Of Wrestling, is set to debut live on Thursday October 11th at The Rahway Rec Center on 275 East Milton Ave in Rahway, NJ with “Sweet Sixteen” hosted by former WWE Diva & Playboy cover girl Ashley Massaro!

Sweet Sixteen will feature 16 women’s wrestlers competing in 8 Singles matches. These matches will comprise the first round of The B.L.O.W. Title Tournament. A new member of the roster will be revealed every day until all sixteen spots have been revealed.

The debut of B.L.O.W. will also be broadcast live on iPPV via Pro Wrestling Syndicate’s own iPPV company.

The 7-year-old reality television phenomenon known as Honey Boo Boo, real name Alanna Thompson, appeared at an independent wrestling show earlier this month in Alabama.

According to TMZ, the reality star and her family, made popular via the hit TLC show Here Comes Honey Boo Boo, are huge wrestling fans.

Thompson has even been offered free wrestling training from New Jersey-based D2W Pro Wrestling, and one of her trainers would be TNA's Robbie E.

I just found out that Championship Wrestling from Hollywood films their "TV tapings" twice a month in the building adjacent to my brothers apartment building. It's free, and Matt Striker, Joey Ryan, and Shelly Martinez are on the roster, and they have guest wrestlers all the time. I'm so going to start watching this. If I lived there (which I may soon) I'd go every other week.

Smith Hart announced on Twitter Monday night that David Benoit, son of Chris Benoit, will make his in-ring debut on July 18th at a Hart Legacy Wrestling event in Calgary. Benoit will team with Chavo Guerrero in a tag match.

We noted before that David Benoit was scheduled to make his pro wrestling debut at a Hart Legacy event in July. The news was announced on Twitter by Smith Hart, Bret Hart’s older brother. It turns out David has never formally trained to wrestle and Smith was trying to convince him to do the show thinking it would help draw ticket sales and drum up a lot of attention.

After word got out about David teaming with Chavo Guerrero on the show, Chris Jericho, who is close to David, contacted the Hart Legacy promotion and wasn’t happy at all. Jericho was reportedly furious at the promotion for advertising David for a match because he hadn’t been trained yet. Jericho was reportedly very mad and tried to get the match stopped. This led to Chavo Guerrero canceling his booking for the event.

Smith Hart reportedly told Chavo that David had some in-ring experience and would be fine for their match. Smith then reportedly told Jericho that they were never planning on having David wrestle and that he would just be doing some kind of angle. Smith reportedly told David that that he still wanted him in a match and tried to convince him that he could get through it without training. It’s now said David’s booking for the event may have been canceled altogether.

We noted before that David spent at least some time at Lance Storm’s school in Canada. David actually enrolled in several training camps but never showed up on the first day and wasn’t trained. David reportedly asked Triple H and William Regal about being a wrestler years ago and they told him to finish high school first and recommended Storm’s school because it was near him.

That company by my brother's house is doing a show in 2 weeks with Jake Roberts, AJ Styles, Colt Cabana, X-Pac and Matt Hardy. I was gonna go til I found out admission was $30 cause it's a "big show"
