What do we think? Will it kill her career? Will people see her as a wonderful woman capable of forgiveness? Will nobody care?

I've actually discussed Chris Brown more than I wish to ever since the Grammys. I personally don't know why he's still invited to events, much less as a performer. I think it's wrong for us to continue to glorify his actions and give him the impression that it's okay because he's so ~talented. And I'm not even just talking about the Rihanna situation, but his Twitter rants and public fits. I just wish he would disappear in general. It's okay though, he lip syncs and he wont be able to dance like that forever, so he'll disappear soon enough.
As for Rihanna, if she forgives him, then who are we to deny her that peace of mind? However, I think a collaboration with him is eye roll worthy and it gives her fans the wrong impression about domestic violence.

Honestly, it just screams publicity stunt to me, and I'm quite hoping that it completely backfires. I agree that it sends out a bad message, especially considering how many young girls seem to view her as the ultimate role model. She's performing at the Brits tonight, and I doubt it'd happen, but it'll be interesting to see if people boo her.
The song is horrible anyway. Worst thing she's put out in ages.

There isn’t a celebrity I hate any more than Chris Brown. What a despicable human being. Almost as bad are his fans who try and make him out to be the victim.
And it’s not just the Rihanna thing either. He’s been involved in many incidents since then that show just what a worthless piece of shit he is.
