Coming off the heels of a controversial edition of NFA, we continue our road to SummerMania...
The show kicked off with the debut of the Meanest Girls Talk Show. Brandon and Tiffany were in the ring with Rene Dupree, flaunting their new belts. They said last week they gave Beautiful Persons a much needed facelift, and gave Sable a not so early retirement. But more importantly, they welcomed a true friend back into their arms... Burkie. Tiffany said everyone has been asking why Burke did what he did, but she's asking why wouldn't he? They made Burke. As far as they're concerned, he's their property, and he knows that. They just took him off his leash and let him run free for a while, but like every good dog, he's come home to his masters.
Tiffany asked Burke to the ring to say in his own words exactly what they wrote down. Burke came out to a series of boos. Children were crying at the sight of their fallen hero. Burke seemed ashamed of himself, until he got on the mic, where a new fire we've never seen in him came out. He said he used Cena for months to get to the top. He was never his friend, he was never his idol. Cena's just a 34 year old washed up wannabe white rapper, and Burke played him like a fool.
Burke apologized to Brandon and Tiffany for leaving all those months ago, and said he hopes giving them the gift of the World Championship was enough to earn their forgiveness, and prove his loyalty. MalFizzle waved their fake tears dry as the three embraced in a nausea inducing group hug.
Burke then called Cena to the ring, saying he wasn't afraid of him, and if he wanted some, come get some. But it wasn't Cena who answered the call, as Kelly Kelly's music hit instead. Burke's fire suddenly went out and the ashamed look returned to his face. Kelly said she didn't know why Burke was doing this, but asked him to stop. She said Burke is the one that's being used. She knows he looks up to Cena as an older brother, and these two idiots are just jealous of his success.
Tiffany interrupted, but before she could get a word in, John Cena sprinted down the ramp and attacked Burke. The Continental Coalition came out right after, obviously ready, and attacked Cena, allowing Burke, Brandon and Tiffany to escape up the ramp. Kelly screamed for Burke to help Cena but Burke didn't budge.
After the CC finally put Cena down, Tiffany got a mic and said said since Cena was looking for a fight, and Kelly wanted to stick her nose in other people's business, tonight they can team up, to take on Rene Dupree and Layla. Layla was shocked at the announcement, while Tarry and Brandon both seemed upset at her being involved.
As we finished airing Burke's dirty laundry, we seen Jason & Justin Gabriel take on The World's Strongest Team. The match was cut short when Wade Barrett and the Tag Champs Magnus and William hit the ring and attacked the number one contenders. After disposing of Jason and the World's Strongest Team, they centered their attack on Justin Gabriel, the mouthpiece of the duo. The beatdown ended with Gabriel receiving the same treatment as Sable and Jayzero and being drilled through a table.
Paramedics rushed to the scene as Jason stumbled into the ring to check on his fallen partner. The EMT's wheeled Gabriel to a waiting ambulance in the back. Jason gave Justin a kiss as they loaded him in, and slipped the paramedic a $20 asking them to do him a favor and shave the beard while he was under.
Back in the ring, John Morrison took on Jack Swagger. And although Melina was present at ringside this week, Tiarnan still decided to make his way down during the match. Melina kept shooting evil glances towards Tiarnan and asked him what he was doing. Tiarnan just ignored Melina as he cheered on Morrison. After Jack Swagger knocked down the referee mid-match, Melina slid into the ring to attack Swagger, but was cut off by Tiarnan. Tiarnan hit Swagger with Melina's sunset flip finisher as her jaw dropped in shock. Morrison hit the Starship Pain for the win as Tiarnan jumped for joy again before leaving up the ramp.
Back in the GM's office, Brandon, Tarry and Tiffany were arguing about Layla being in the main event. Tarry was upset because he wanted Layla in his corner tonight for his title match, and he was tired of Tiffany ordering his faction members around. Brandon was upset because Rene was being forced to team with Layla, whom he hated. Tiffany told Tarry that his faction, was now her faction, whether he liked it or not, and every member needed to prove their worth. She said the men of the Coalition have proven more than useful, and now it's time to see if the girls are more than just dead weight. Tarry stormed out of the room. Brandon told Layla that if she lets Rene get hurt tonight, she won't be coming back to this office, but her weave would be.
Rene answered a knock at the door before being kicked square between the legs. Rene dropped to the floor as Maryse stepped over his body followed by the Miz. Maryse said that Tiffany had been avoiding her all week. She wants her title rematch and she wants it now. Brandon got in Maryse's face and tried to attack her for kicking Rene, but Tiffany held him back. Tiffany said that there are no more free rematches under her reign as GM. You have to earn them. Tiffany said that Maryse could have her rematch if she won her match, against Jazz.... next! Maryse threw her hand in Tiffany's face and walked off. Brandon called Maryse a bitch but wished Miz good luck in his number one contender match tonight before rushing to check on Rene.
Maryse went out to her match and put up a good fight, but Jazz was just too much for her, and she fell victim to the Jazz Stinger, losing her rematch.
Backstage, Jessica and Edge were watching the show, enjoying their week off. Edge got up to use the restroom as he received a text. Jessica read it and her jaw dropped. Edge came out of the bathroom and Jessica demanded to know who the hell "A" was. Edge couldn't think straight and jumbled his words. Jessica threw the phone at Edge and stormed out of the room. Edge chased after her trying to explain.
Up next was a Fatal 4-Way match to determine the number one contender to the World Title at SummerMania. Brandon joined JR and Booker T on commentary, the entire time praising the Miz and saying he deserved better than Maryse. Miz won the match much to Brandon's delight and signaled the title around his waist. Brandon told JR he couldn't wait for SummerMania now. Booker asked what kind of match they would have and Brandon said hopefully a pool or a tuxedo match.
John Morrison caught up with Tiarnan backstage and thanked him for helping him out the last couple weeks. Melina walked up and got in Tiarnan's face. She said she doesn't know what he's doing, but she doesn't like it. She told him to stay away from her man, and if he ever steals her finisher again, she'll finish him. Morrison gave an I'm sorry face to Tiarnan as Melina dragged him away.
It was finally time for the European Championship match. Tarry was accompanied only by Winter to the ring. The match was quite the battle with plenty of near falls from both former world champions. Orton hit Tarry with an RKO and Winter distracted the ref from the ring apron. Magnus, Williams, and Barrett hit the ring to attack Orton but he made quick work of all of them and threw them out of the ring. The referee noticed the CC on the outside and turned his attention towards them as Winter hit Orton with a low blow from behind. Tarry hit Orton with the Tarrydise to become the new European Champion once more.
Tarry hugged Winter, who had apparently proven her worth, as the CC celebrated up the ramp. Orton turned his attention to the referee and struck him with an RKO out of nowhere, screaming "Stupid! Stupid!" at the unconscious official.

Burke however didn't put on the headphones as Tiffany didn't want JR interrogating him. Cena came out and went straight for Burke, but Tiffany told Cena that if he laid one finger on Burke, then Kelly would be fired. The match came to an end when Kelly tagged out to Cena, who attacked Dupree before Layla could make the tag. Tiffany jumped on the apron and distracted the ref while Burke went in the ring and hit Cena with an FU. Layla crawled across the ring and covered Cena for the win. Layla jumped for joy and hugged Rene. Rene put his hands out trying to show he wasn't hugging back. Burke got back in the ring and attacked Cena. Tiffany grabbed a chair and told Burke to hit him again. Kelly got in the ring and pleaded with Burke not to. Burke stood there thinking as Cena stumbled to his feet. Burke closed his eyes, trying to collect his thoughts, Tiffany in one ear, Kelly in the other, before blasting Cena with the chair. Burke turned his back to Kelly who began crying and left the ring. Burke picked Cena up for one last FU leaving him motionless in the ring as the show came to a close.
