My thoughts:
Dunno whether this will be considered a shocker or not. Velvet falls just a little short of placing as top Knockout.

I remember Velvet/Talia from way back when she lost to Victoria that one time on Heat. No joke; I remember that. And like Angelina, I used her in TEW. Unlike Angel, Talia actually won the Women's title. She beat Mickie James with help from the New Breed and brought it to ECW for a little bit.

Anyway, I criticise Velvet a lot, but she's pretty (altho much prettier when she isn't orange and fully made up, to be frank), and she does have her talents. I admire her promos and stuff. Even the lisp is quite cute. And I enjoyed her feud with Sarita.

My thoughts:
Melina's accomplishments speak for themselves, but I'm gonna continue on typing anyway. In my opinion no female in WWE history have come closer to 'completing the package', as it were, than Melina. She has it all. Aside from being beautiful, she's extremely athletic, she can wrestle with the best of them, she can work a mic, she can absolutely make the crowd love or hate her, she can get people emotionally involved in her matches, she can manage, she can do interviews and promotional stuff, she has sex appeal, she comes across like a star and she has a clear cut gimmick and character.

Do I think WWE have taken advantage of this and used this to their full potential? No. I think they've shown at times that they realise how good she is, but they've never given her the push she warrants. While she's unquestionably one of the most decorated female wrestlers in history, I feel that she had and HAS the potential to be one of the biggest superstars the wrestling world has ever seen. She just has that natural air of stardom about her. People can both admire and relate to her, which is the reason why she's probably the most popular woman on the roster. She ticks every box.
