TNA Roster Cuts?

Winter has officially parted ways with TNA. Her contract expired as of yesterday (September 5th) and has not been renewed.

It may not be a official but I think Rosita is no longer in TNA. Her photos have been removed from their gallery though her profile is still up. Also on her Twitter she no longer makes any mention of being a Knockout.

TNA have been getting rid of a bunch of knockouts lately.

I hope she gets signed by WWE. She'd likely never make it past NXT but that would be good enough for me.

I don't imagine some former Knockouts are too sad about parting ways. TNA uses them sparsely if at all for months at a time. But still grabs a piece of their indy and other outside takes as well gets priority over other booking interests.

Unless they are using you fairly steadily or you are tied to someone with pull, TNA may not be such a good deal for the performer anymore.

Mark Haskins is gone, thank god.

It must be really terrible for him though. His girlfriend, former FCW talent Verity Thomas*, is pregnant/just given birth, so he would need all the money he can get right now.

*if you don't remember her, I don't blame you. She was there five minutes before being fired when "racy" pictures surfaced on the net.

Mickie James is now gone from TNA. Her contract has expired.

That explains why ODB won the Knockouts title from her at last week's Impact taping. So Gail Kim and ODB are the only active Knockouts now. Taryn is out of action and they don't want Velvet and Brooke wrestling right now for some reason. At this point can you even call it a division anymore?

I don't know when Velvet's contract expires but she might want to think about finally getting out of there for good this time.
