Considering each Diva individually...
Alicia Fox - Layla's turn means McCool is isolated as SD's sole heel. Therefore a switch for one of the Raw bad girls seems possible. Alicia has been stagnant on Raw for months on end, so there is certainly an argument for her. Also, with regard to the Spring Cleaning situation, Alicia may find herself spared due to her sister's involvement on Tough Enough and the potential for a future angle between the two.
Brie Bella - Current Diva's Champion. Promo last week implied that the title will remain on (and may become exclusive to) the Raw brand. Therefore unlikely.
Eve Torres - Arguably in the midst of a feud with the Bellas, so that might prevent a switch. However, Brie's promo last week hinted that they may be considering an Eve move. If Kelly Kelly were to move from SD! to Raw then the likelihood would increase due to WWE preferring not to have their two marketing divas on the same brand.
Gail Kim - Not exactly doing much on Raw, but would things change if she were to switch on SmackDown? Assuming she makes her debut on Raw, a few matches with Kharma are a possibility for Gail, although WWE may not consider that.

Maryse - Very likely for logistical purposes. Maryse is featured prominently on NXT, which is recorded before SmackDown on Tuesday. A switch would also fill the empty heel slot on the blue brand.
Melina - Supposed backstage heat might lead to WWE consider a move away from Morrison, but would they really be that mean? Again, Melina could be used to fill the secondary heel slot on SD, but then again, Raw generally always has at least one experienced heel diva to help out the less experienced face girls, and currently Melina is the girl in that role.
Natalya - A Beth Phoenix move seems very likely, and would WWE want two similar women (Nattie and Beth) on the same brand? Possibility that Natalya could take Beth's role as experienced supporting face female on SD. And a Tyson Kidd move wouldn't be out of the question either, solving that problem.
Nikki Bella - Obviously attached to her sister, who seems unlikely to go to SmackDown. Would WWE entertain the idea of a Bella split? Probably not.
Tamina - Santino Marella has been attached to Raw, so he seems like an obvious choice to make the move over. As his on-screen girlfriend, Tamina would logically be considered also. SmackDown would also help to cover up her obvious lack of experience (and talent).

Beth Phoenix - WWE.com apparently did some muddling with regards to possible draft picks. John Cena, Randy Orton and Rey Mysterio's profiles worked/work in both the Raw and SD! sections of the site, and Beth Phoenix falls into this category also. Also, Kharma is probs heading to Raw, and a Beth/Kharma feud in the future seems inevitable. She's pretty much fallen to the wayside on Smackers.
Kaitlyn - Does she even appear on SmackDown? A permanent spot in FCW seems a lot more possible than a Raw roster spot tbh. Greenness means SmackDown would play to her strengths, if she has any. It can be edited at least.
Kelly Kelly - An Eve/Kelly switchover? Maybe. WWE don't seem to know whether or not they want to push Kelly as a legit wrestler; if they wish to make her a champion then she'll probably move to Raw. However, perhaps they want her to remain in the Torrie Wilson role.
Layla - Lay-Cool is over, and WWE might consider ending the feud with a match on the next PPV (forget which it is). I doubt they'll put a ton of effort into a post-breakup feud, given the gender of the people involved and their history in dealing with tag splits; however, Michelle McCool is one of the women, so things might be different here. Could go either way.
Michelle McCool - Undertaker didn't move last night, so I doubt it. But then, neither of the two tour anyway, so would it make that much of a difference if she *did* go to Raw? Eh...I still can't see it happening tbh.
Rosa Mendes - Could always happen purely to fill a space. No real argument either way, 'cause it's not like she does anything anyways.

I would actually like Maryse to be drafted back to SmackDown! so they could pick up where they unjustly left off with Maryse and Michelle passive aggressively teaming together while scheming to claim the number one Diva spot on SmackDown!.
