Demi Levato is just a bizarre choice. Can you imagine her trying to mentor the over thirties?
"Um, yeah, I think you need to work on your vocals..."
*50 year old trained singer glares at her*
As for the UK, I patiently await the complete culture clash that will inevitably happen between Dannii and Tulisa. They couldn't be more different. Oh, and Louis will probably make a blowjob joke @ Tulisa and a Sleeping-With-the-Boss joke at Dannii. Gary will be boring.
Exciting stuff.

Demi Lovato is a great choice tbh. She's been through so much in her young career, that she could teach a lot more than Cheryl Cole or Tulisa ever could.

All I know about her is that she had a Disney show that my sister watched for a bit, so I could be selling her short. Apparently Britney got them to consider her.
I thought Tulisa was great as a mentor though. She did the impossible and got the public to support a girlband.

She was on a Disney show, but she's also a terrific singer. Unfortunately she's had a hard time in the spotlight, and had a huge breakdown in 2010, but she's recovered from that, and she's come back stronger than ever. In my opinion, I don't think there's been a more powerful song than Skyscraper in recent years.

Apparently the runner-up of this just did a free concert in the park that nobody was aware of so all of 50 people appeared to be there when the news ran the story. Oops.

I'm kind of disappointed the blonde girl that kept talking shit wasn't good. This show is sending a negative message to America. Just because you're horribly obnoxious does not mean you cannot be talented too. Look at Chris Brown.

I was disappointed they didn't drag her further than they did.
Paige is still my favorite contestant. And those Emblem 3 guys. My favorite train wreck is a tie between the Cotton Candy Girl guy and the guy who did a duet with Britney a decade ago.

The Cotton Candy Girl guy was hilarious. Also, Britney's facial expressions made the show. Oh, and I'm disappointed we didn't get to hear this guy sing.
