'Boom Town' is on Watch right now, which means tomorrow and Wednesday's episodes of Doctor Who are 'Bad Wolf' and 'The Parting of Ways'. The two episodes that directly cause Jack's immortality.

Everybody stepped up their game this week.
Jack was hilarious in the bar and restaurant. Esther was amazing when she was kicking the shit out of that Colin guy. Rex was actually interesting when he was walking around the camp with the camera. Gwen blowing up the Welsh camp was great.
Next weeks preview looks weird as hell though.

'The Stolen Earth' is on Watch right now. It's the only episode of Doctor Who that has the Torchwood team in it. And it's one of my favourites, although Ianto is really annoying. Thankfully he and Gwen aren't on screen long. Jack has a major role in it though.
... unfortunately Billie Piper returns as Rose, who isn't nearly as tolerable as her first season.

I wish they'd stop showing us Jack's past. As interesting as it is, Barrowman has obviously aged a fair bit in the last 2 years. So now Jack looked older in 1927 than what he did in 2007.

Jack emulating The Doctor is brilliant.

Angelo is now my least favourite of Jack's partners... he's even worse than Ianto.

Serious lack of Esther in this episode.

Now he's dressing like The Doctor... this is great.

I shouldn't find Angelo and the hotel staff butchering Jack because they think he's the Devil funny... but I do.
Poor Jack.

Oh, so there was a point to the 1927 parts of the episode. It was to introduce Angelo as this season's big bad.

Last night's episode was quite dull. Angelo isn't the main villain, but he is the first to die naturally during the miracle. Not enough Esther and too much Rex. And Jack didn't really do anything.
Oswald was categorised as "Category 0" which is the new death penalty and Jilly was promoted past PhiCorp.
But there's two episodes left and we STILL don't know who the main villain is. This season has really gone down hill. Season 5 doesn't seem likely at this point.

Some serious holocaust undertones in this episode already.
