Stupid two part episodes. I love Constance more and more. Most people lie to their kids and then they end up trying out for American Idol.

Scarred from the death in tonight's episode. EDIT: Oh, never mind. Thank God.

Holy crap the opening scene tonight was tense. Even though I knew exactly what was going to happen I was still on edge and hoping it wouldn't. I had just read up about Columbine after last weeks episode cause I was only 9 when it happened and never really knew the details. So after reading about the library massacre and then seeing this scene open in a library, it was almost like being a fly on the wall and pretty damn scary. I hope no survivors or the victims families watched this episode cause that probably brought back some very painful memories. I love how this show uses the word horror to it's full extent. Dealing with everything from ghosts, to killers, to family troubles. It really is a brilliant show. It's definitely in my top 10 all time shows. I recommend it to anyone and everyone. But watch it from episode 1. Don't just jump in and expect to get it. This show has topped South Park as my weekly most anticipated show. I can't wait for next week.

That finale was not what I expected at all. I liked it, and it was entertaining, but it just didn't fit with the rest of the show.
It seemed too goofy.
It's almost like last week was the real finale, and this week was more of an epilogue. And not a very good one storyline wise. I did really enjoy it, but it was just not what I expected, or wanted really.
Honestly, last week tied up all the loose ends. You were more just left saying okay what happens now, and tonight they showed you.. this is what happens now.
It didn't really fit for me.
As soon as the episode started (well after the opening) the show just seemed immediately different. It was almost like season 4 of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, where the second to the last episode was the real finale, but the finale itself was just some strange, good, but strange out of place episode that seemed more like a preview to the next season.
idk. I just finished watching it so I'm still trying to collect my thoughts. I liked it, but I didn't like it. If that makes sense.
idk, if it wasn't for this episode this show would've been flawless for me. But this brought the show from a 10 to like an 8, maybe 7.5. It seemed kinda like a cop out tbh.
Oh well. What's done is done. I still loved the show and I plan on buying the DVD when it comes out. And I'll still check out season 2. I just wish a show that had been amazing up until tonight could've ended a little better.
If I'm contradicting myself, it's because I'm still trying to figure out what I thought as I'm writing this. I'll probably watch it again and have a better stance on it after the holidays.
One thing I do know for sure. I loved the final scene.

I saw someone on Facebook talking about how the ending was weird or something.
I won’t see the finale for another month or so. We’re only up to episode 6 here (I missed last weeks though). I’ve loved it so far. Jessica Lange’s character is my favourite. She’s so evil.

I wanted to watch this so I had something else to talk about here, but I have very little determination to start.
Every episode is on demand for free with my cable provider, so I really have no excuse.

You should watch it. It's an amazing show. I just wasn't a fan of the finale

'American Horror Story' Scoop: Jenna Dewan Set to Get Freaky with Adam Levine in Season TwoAmerican Horror Story has finally found the other half of "The Lovers," a major couple on the series, to act opposite Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine. EW has learned exclusively that Step Up star— and Channing Tatum's wife—Jenna Dewan will play the pivotal role. Season two of AHS has been shrouded in secrecy, aside from the reveal of its star-studded cast that also includes Jessica Lange, James Cromwell, Joseph Fiennes, Sarah Paulson, Evan Peters, Lily Rabe, Zachary Quinto, Chloe Sevigny and French actress Lizzie Brochere. Production has already begun on the series' second season and is slated to air in October on FX. The first season of AHS just recently garnered a whopping 17 Emmy nominations, tied for the most this year with Mad Men and a record for FX.

Co-creator and executive producer Ryan Murphy has announced the title of the next chapter for FX's American Horror Story - American Horror Story: Asylum.
"When we launched the show last year, we kept quiet about the closed-ended nature of the show because we didn't want to tip off the audience that the characters were not going to survive," said Murphy. "Now that it has been established that each year is a closed-ended story, the time seemed right to reveal what we’re calling the new installment.
"We picked 'Asylum' because it not only describes the setting -- an insane asylum run by Jessica Lange's character which was formerly a tuberculosis ward -- but also signifies a place of haven for the unloved and the unwanted. This year's theme is about sanity and tackling real life horrors."
The new season stars Jessica Lange, Sarah Paulson, Evan Peters, Lily Rabe, Zachary Quinto, James Cromwell, and Joseph Fiennes. Production began in July. As previously reported, none of the returning cast members from Season 1 are playing the same characters.
American Horror Story: Asylum will premiere this fall in October on FX. Sounds great

Just a little over 15 hours away. I've been waiting for this day all year. FX posted the first 5 minutes on Facebook last week for those as impatient as me: www.facebook.com/americanhorrorstory/app_216209925175894I dig it. I had fears this season wouldn't be as interesting but it looks just as creepy as the last. I'm already into it.

Hated it. I knew it would be completely different. I didn't know it would be completely boring.

I liked it a lot. I'm already compelled by the characters and want to see what happens to them next. And at least the protagonists are likable so far, unlike last season.

And at least the protagonists are likable so far, unlike last season. True. I hated the Harmons. I'm just not really drawn in by the story yet. And even though I hated the Harmons, I loved the supporting characters. This one not so much. The only one that interested me was Grace, so hopefully we get more of her the next episode. Also, Aliens just seemed so out of place. They don't really seem like part of the horror genre to me, even though there have been horror movies about them. They always just register as Sci-Fi. Took me out of the show completely when he looked up and seen lights.

Tonight's episode was fascinating. I have a hunch that towards the end of season Jenna Dewan-Tatum's character ( I don't know her character's name, and I refuse to never acknowledge her as Channing's wife) will find the secret tunnel and escape Bloody Face and the asylum. Then get eaten by whatever creatures live in the yard. Yasss @ Adam Levine dying in the second episode and spending the majority of his role as a corpse.
